UPCOMING EVENTS
✨SESSION 1: Can You Be Healthy Without Losing Weight? The Truth About Metabolism & Health✨
📅 Wednesday, February 25
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM
📍 Zoom (virtual)
If you have ever felt frustrated by the scale or stuck in a cycle of dieting, restriction, and starting over every Monday, this session is for you. Many people have been taught that weight loss equals health, yet that belief often leads to burnout, overeating, and feeling disconnected from your body. In this session, we will break down what health actually looks like beyond the number on the scale and why metabolism plays a much bigger role than weight alone. You will learn what signals to pay attention to besides weight, such as energy levels, digestion, and how your body feels day to day. This session is about redefining health and learning how to support your body without restriction so progress feels sustainable instead of exhausting.
✨SESSION 2: Lazy Meal Prep That Actually Works (in 1 Hour or Less)✨
📅 Wednesday, March 25
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM
📍 Zoom (virtual)
If meal prep feels overwhelming, unrealistic, or like something you always “fall off,” this session is for you. In this group class, we will focus on making the actual cooking part of meal prep easier, not more complicated. We will break down why traditional meal prep advice does not work for most people and how to simplify meals using super easy, low-effort options that require minimal time, minimal dishes, and minimal mental energy. You will learn how to prep meals in an hour or less, use smart shortcuts like frozen and canned foods, and keep simple, balanced meals and snacks on hand for busy days when cooking just does not happen. This session is about letting go of perfection, working with your real life, and making nutrition feel doable even when you are tired, busy, or not in the mood.
✨SESSION 3: The Nutrition Mistake Most People Make at Restaurants✨
📅 Wednesday, April 22
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM
📍 Zoom (virtual)
For many people, eating at restaurants feels stressful, confusing, or like it “ruins” their progress. The mistake most people make is not what they order, but how they approach eating outside the home in the first place. In this session, we will break down why restaurant meals often feel overwhelming and how diet culture rules make eating out harder than it needs to be. You will learn how to make confident, balanced choices at restaurants, fast food spots, work lunches, and catered events without giving up your favorite foods or feeling like you messed everything up. This session is about flexibility, confidence, and learning how to eat in real-life situations without guilt or starting over afterward.
✨SESSION 4: You’re Not Too Broke to Eat Better (Why Healthy Eating Feels Expensive)✨
📅 Wednesday, May 27
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM
📍 Zoom (virtual)
Many people believe that eating well requires a bigger grocery budget, more specialty foods, or shopping at expensive stores. In reality, a lot of what feels “healthy” has been heavily marketed as premium, which can make nutrition feel out of reach. In this session, we will break down why healthy eating feels so expensive and how diet culture and food marketing shape the way we shop. You will learn how to build balanced meals using affordable, realistic foods, how to shop smarter without overthinking labels, and how to stretch your grocery budget without sacrificing nutrition. This session is about making eating well feel accessible, practical, and realistic no matter your budget.
✨SESSION 5: The Scary Truth About Nutrition Supplements✨
📅 Wednesday, June 24
🕙 10:00–11:00 AM
📍 Zoom (virtual)
Supplements are often marketed as quick fixes for energy, gut health, weight loss, hormones, and overall wellness, which can make it feel like you are missing something if you are not taking them. The scary truth is that most supplements are not regulated the way people assume, and more is not always better or safer. In this session, we will break down why many popular products could be unnecessary or ineffective and how marketing and misinformation drive so much supplement confusion. You will learn when supplements can be helpful, when they are likely a waste of money, and what matters more for your health than adding another pill. This session is about clarity, safety, and making informed choices instead of guessing.
