After completed, you’re free to sign up for as many events as you’d like!

2️⃣ Sign up for events below – All upcoming Workplace Wellness events are listed on this page. Sign-up is required, so please register ahead of time to save your spot.

  • Absolutely! Basic Balance Nutrition offers 1:1 individual counseling, masterclasses, and additional support options.

  • Texas A&M insurance (BCBS) covers 1:1 individual nutrition counseling, masterclasses, and support groups with Basic Balance Nutrition, so there is no cost to you for covered services!

  • Absolutely! Dependents who are covered under an employee’s Texas A&M insurance plan are welcome to attend our webinars/events. Each participant must register separately, even if they plan to watch together, so attendance and information can be properly recorded.
